The Australia-New Zealand travel bubble has officially opened I SBS News

Almost two weeks after New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern revealed the starting date of the two-way trans-Tasman travel bubble with Australia, the gates have officially opened.

From 11.59pm Wellington time on Sunday (9:59pm AEST), the NZ government lifted the requirement for Australian travellers to have to undergo quarantine upon arrival.
